PARKING PERMIT INFORMATION

2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR

Completed student parking permit application forms for SENIORS AND JUNIORS may be brought to Mr. Glass in the front office from 8:30 am – 11:30 am or 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm as follows:  SENIORS on August 5th and 6th 2019; JUNIORS on August 7th 2019.  Remaining spots, if any, will be sold from 8:30- 11:00 on August 8th 2019.  The cost is $45.00 and must be paid when the student parking permit application form is returned.  Please make sure that you have attached a photo copy of the following to the student parking permit form:

·        Valid Driver’s License (You must have your license when you buy your permit.)

·        Proof of Insurance

·        Current Registration of Vehicle

·        Pay $45.00.  Make checks payable to:  Tavares High School

All information must be completed on the attached student parking permit form prior to bringing it to Mr. Glass.  You can find a copy of the parking permit application on the school website, or you can pick one up from Guidance.  If you have any questions please contact me at (352) 343-3007 ext. 1011 or via email at glassb@lake.k12.fl.us

We will be assigning parking places for the 2019-2020 school year and you will be able to choose your spot (based on a first come first served basis) when you pay for your permit so be prepared to pick your parking spot.

NEW INFORMATION

 You must maintain good attendance to keep the privilege of parking in the student parking lot.  If a student reaches 10 unexcused absences (at any point throughout the year) then their parking privileges may be revoked.  If parking privileges are revoked the student will not be issued a refund for the price of the parking passs.
